Shipping Policy

HLY AVENUE is an online store located in Japan. We ship free all over Japan & use Yu Pack, Letter Pack, Smart Letter Pack or Japan Post standard shipping. 
We usually ship orders within 2-3 business days.

For international orders we ship packages via EMS with EMS fee that takes 4 to 7 days delivery time depending your location to ensure you’ll get your orders safe & fast as possible. 

You’ll see the corresponding shipping cost on checkout. Duties & taxes are buyers obligation & maybe charge upon delivery.

Shipments to some country is temporarily suspended due to COVID19. Purchasing is impossible or orders will be canceled.
